Ben Huston Dahlia

$12.00
sold out

Ben Huston is one of those dahlias that is well worth the space he takes up in the garden. Coming in around 5’ in height, the rich butterscotch blooms are a showy 6” and three to a vase makes for a simple and elegant showing. (If you check out my 10/3/24 video instagram post, you’ll see Ben in his glory).

Once he gets going, he is a solid producer of blooms right to frost. Be sure to give him some support as those blooms can get heavy and should always be cut or protected if a rain storm is coming.

Note: This year’s tubers are slightly smaller than last years but I’ve planted smaller of this variety and have always had beautiful plants and blooms.
